A Few Hours in Brighton

We really wanted to see the sea, so we hopped on a train and went down to Brighton for the afternoon. What a great town! We saw the Royal Pavilion, a bunch of statues of queens, a gorgeous ancient church, got sprinkled on, of course, and walked on the pier.
This arch was gifted to the city by India! Very lovely. It’s possible this church, named St Nicholas is Myra, has been actively be on this location since the 1000s.

While it was a cloudy and semi drizzly day it was gorgeous.
