I’m doing a lot of low carb, paleo, grain-free cooking this Christmas and after a few false starts, I made what I think are some might tasty cinnamon rolls.
This is not a food blog, so use your imagination to make that food look warm and delicious. The pan is half gone so that’s evidence right there. And the kids said,
“This is the best weird recipe you’ve ever made.”
“If I douse it with butter they almost taste like cinnamon rolls from Frontier.”
Frontier is a restaurant here in Albuquerque that makes The Best Cinnamon Rolls ever.
The first pan I made did not get pictured. They were so dry and the dough didn’t rise at all so I chucked them in the garbage. I don’t often thrown food away so you know it had to be bad.
I used a recipe from Iowa Girl Eats and just had to add more liquid. Probably due to the altitude here in New Mexico I suppose.
