I’m no expert on green chile, but I have come to love it so much since moving to New Mexico 10 years ago. So when I met up with my 400ish colleagues in Utah for our annual company gathering, I decided green chile would be a great topic for my 4 minute flash talk. It’s required that we all present for up to 4 minutes about any topic and this year since I was committed to not worrying about going over the time, this topic was perfect. All it required was some good pictures and a little chit chat.
