A few years ago I got into reading in Spanish. That’s gone by the wayside but it’s time to start it up again.
I have a few days off coming up and I’ll be working on this:
What I think about. Things that happen to me. Stuff I like. And other things.
I’m impressed. Sean and I spent 7 months in Spain and came away with only barely improved Spanish. However, we were teaching conversational English, so there was less opportunity to practice our language skills than we had hoped. I hope the reading goes well.
Thanks! I am fluent in Spanish conversationally, but reading is a chore, so this is good brain work for me.
Ah, yes, I remember now that you live in Albuquerque. Enjoy stretching your brain — as well as the book!
Thanks! 🙂
I love him!
I almost picked a book of poetry and I thought of you, Erica, but I set it aside for later.
Ha! That makes me happy. What poet?
Same author. But also was looking at Neruda.
