Hojaldres a la Olinda

We have guests from Panama staying with us and my friend made us hojaldres for breakfast. They are similar to the sopaipillas we eat here in New Mexico, but yummier 😉

    Those were my favorite food when in Panama. I think I’ll make some soon. They really are delicious.

      You should! I think I convince myself they are too hard to make, but they really didn’t take too long. My friend also suggested making the dough in advance and freezing it, she says that works really well.
