I’ve recently decided to stop procrastinating on my desire to be painting. And conveniently, for Mother’s Day, my daughter and my husband got me a carrying case for the painting supplies my daughter gave me for Christmas 2 years ago.

A few weeks ago we found a nice fishing spot at a State Park and while the rest of the family fished, I painted. I think I might need to throw a folding chair in the car next time, but it was overall delightful and peaceful and productive.
